What if we have a critical emergency at 2 AM?
Our systems are designed to self-heal. For critical downtime we offer a Priority SLA on the Scale plan, which includes direct phone access. On the other plans we respond the next business morning.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Services are month-to-month. You can cancel or pause with 30 days' notice.
Do you work with my developers?
Yes. On the Growth and Scale plans we join your Slack channel and work directly with your team as a partner, not as an external ticket queue.
What if we need more capacity for a project?
We offer a discounted hourly rate for subscribers: $120/hr. It is billed against the specific project, not added to the retainer.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction, at the start of any billing month. Most clients start on Essential or Growth and move up when a migration or a funding round changes what the infrastructure has to carry.
